Ghost Colombian Rainbow Boa (Epicrates cenchria maurus)

Ghost Colombian Rainbow Boa

BREEDER COMMENTS: “The ghost trait is proven to be a simple recessive trait. ‘Ghost’ is the best way to describe the snake’s steel-gray and blue colors dancing behind its memorizing iridescence. There are only a few ghosts in existence so far, but we are working hard to produce more for everyone to enjoy. We have snakes heterozygous for the trait available now, and hopefully by the end of 2009 we will have ghosts available, as well.”

Love this feature; one of my favorites. It's great to recognize the contributions of serious breeders to our hobby.
