Thermal Gradient

Provide a thermal gradient to your herps cage.

When providing supplemental heat to a reptile's cages, be sure to provide a thermal gradient. By placing the heating element on the top or one side of the cage, you can provide a temperature range. The animal can then select the most comfortable area of the cage to occupy. Be sure to provide hide areas in both the cooler and warmer ends of the cage.
