Answer: Rhinoceros Iguanas (Cyclura cornuta) are native to the islands of Hispaniola where they are endangered. Their bulging heads and horned noses truly give them the look of a miniature dinosaur. Males exhibit a large horn on their rostrum and can grow to 4.5 feet in length. Rhino iguanas are herbivorous lizards that feed primarily on leaves, plants, flowers and fruits. They are characterized by stout legs and powerful bodies. Their tail is lined on top with a row of sharp scales. Next time you see one imagine it to be 30 feet long and you’re on your way to starring in your own dinosaur movie!

Winners: 10 winners are randomly selected and will receive 500 Club Reptile points. Winners will be notified by email.
