  Squirt
Leopard Geckos are cute little guys, and are great pets.ive had squirt for almost 6 years. i got her right when we moved to florida. the thing is though, she has never had any problems with sand in the past, and about a month ago she started to ingest it and was not eating. she went for a month without eating, which ive heard a lot of storys of them surviving just fine, but luckily she has cleared her digestive tract and she's coming around to eating again. i use paper towels for her bedding now lol its not pretty, but its safe. its weird because some have problems down the road and some dont. but, most of the time, you probably wont have any problems, and they are really easy to take care of. :)

she is so pretty. thanks for the comment betty doesn't get many. The boys get more but maybe that's cause their big flashy iggys. Personally I think betty is prettier that's where she got her name.lol. my boys are brats and she is sweet. She has escaped twice (both times she was hungry sooner than I expected) and both times she came looking for me. they are amazing snakes a V4U cause Ball Pythons rule!!!!

well if you already have 2 snakes then i dont think you will loose interest lol especially when you go to expos, because that gets you (atleast me lol) really excited and really boosts the interest by seeing all the cool morphs and just everything about them. the only reason why im not getting one anytime soon is just money wise lol im sort of saving up for a ps3 right now, but its not like im loosing interest or anything lol i have to have my boy toys as well lol plus i should buy some new cages before another snake :) you have a 60 gallon? thats huge! i need atleast a 40 gallon for sierra my gopher snake because she can get up to 8 feet! and im sick of her being in a typical 10 gallon because she's getting waaay to big for it. not to mention gloria my corn needs atleast a 20 gallon. i just cant wait to go to my first expo down here in california. september 6-7 i think :)

  California/?'s
well my dad works in beverly hills at neiman marcus(huge company) and he is a manager so he got the chance to come over here and work at the number one store so its pretty cool for him :) and its funny you asked me about the next snake you want, because i was looking lately about the next one that i want too, which i wanted bigger also. ive been looking at carpet pythons lately for some reason. im usually a colubrid guy but carpets are beautiful. some of them get up to 10 feet, but jungle carpet pythons only get like 7 feet, and i like the girth of them when they get that big. but, im still not sure. i probably wont be getting anything anytime soon, but oh well lol if you want something bigger, it would probably have to be some sort of boa/python. my gopher can get up to 8 feet, and so can bull snakes and maybe pine snakes.ive also been looking at childrens and spotted pythons, but they only get like up to 5 feet, which i assume you want something bigger since you have a corn.hmmmmmm...what else..........there are some more exotic rat snakes, like a vietnamese blue beauty that can get pretty big. it also depends on your price range i guess, because carpet pythons are like usually more than 200, and ive only spent 40 on a snake lol so i dont know, but the prices are usually a little bit lower at expos maybe. when you go to the expos this year, just talk to the breeders and ask them general questions and see whats right for you.

Come visit me, gloria, cottonmouth, southern black racer, banded water snake, corn snake, Sierra, cottonmouth 2, mediterranian gecko, eastern glass lizard, florida brown snake, yellow rat snake, Albino Honduran Milksnake, squirt, ring neck and ribbon snake & NorthWestern Alligator Lizard.

  Great looking snakes
Your snakes are awesome. To answer your question about uros, I'm not sure that I would start out with one. Maybe a captive bred Mali. Other than that you might want to get some experience with some of the more common captive bred species. I haven't had one personally, but I hear beardies are really great. Leos are cool too, or a water dragon. Some of these lizards require a little bit more than snakes though (UVB etc). Good luck!

well unfortunatley i just moved to california (which i dont really like, no herps compared to florida) so i obviously wont be going to any down in florida lol but i will be going to the NARBC in Anaheim in september lol. yeah field herping stinks around here for some reason, ive only seen a couple of striped racers, and the common lizards(fence, sage brush, side blotched), and some amphibians. when i was in florida, everything i caught was basically on my road. we lived in a typical suburban neighborhood but there was a big field nearby and a forest right in my backyard so there was a lot of stuff. you just need to find a good spot, or maybe even a national forest type area :) thats awsome that your going to try to go to every expo! the fires and the annual daytona are probably the best. i went to the repticon once in orlando but it was really small, it was my first one. good luck! i wish i could go! :( lol

  RE: My Blood Python
I would definitely recommend a blood but you will always here differant info. Attila is not agressive at all because I have been handling him from the day I got him. Bloods have a tendency to get agressive if you just put them in a cage and never handle them so they aren't used to contact.

Yeah, actually Munich doesn't mind being held at all. I just don't let some people hold her because I am afraid that they might drop her and that could kill her or seriously injure her. She is a really good pet, though!

I actually only had 1 snake before. I lucked out with Icarus. Just make sure you check out the personality of a snake before you buy it. If it's not head shy that's a good sign of a great pet. Good luck.

  Hi from Munich!
Thanks for stopping by! Tarantulas can make awesome pets, but they aren't always the most active! Munich is very nice, but some tarantulas have been known to throw their hairs if they get scared of mad.

Here's a vote for you as well. I wouldn't suggest a borneo short-tail (aka, blood python) unless you're experieced which you seem to be. Normally they're vicious when young but I lucked out and got sweetheart. Do some research and check out a reptile show. Good luck
