A standard cornsnake has a saddle pattern across their backs. Motley refers to a snake that has a circular pattern across their backs. I could be wrong about yours, but in the pix it looks motley. Either way, it is a very good-looking snake. If there is any reptile shows in your area you can take your herps there 2 be sexed. Just ask any of the breeders there & they should be able 2 help you out. Thats how I discovered that my Kymera is a boy. I bought him at a pet store then took him to a show.
