Mom just got a new lizard! Her very first lizard, in fact, but probably NOT her last (hehehe). Her lizards name is Carter. He is a fire skink, but we aren't sure on his age. Stop by his page to meet him! :) :)
Mom went to the pet center to get Carter his light, a cool vine supply, and some more reptile good for him. Mom usually collects my items, as I may have mentioned earlier.

Yes, moving does suck D: And yes, we are getting a rack :D This weekend!! Lol, this rack we're getting is just a small one that I'm gonna put the geckos and the sands in. Yes they do get expensive and he's already said he was gonna get me yet another snake for Christmas! :D I can't wait now. And then the next show is in March, so we're just gonna take our tax returns and buy awesome crap 8) Lol, we'd better hurry and order my rack though! We're filling up fast! :P I'm about to go check out those balls :O Lol, that sounds so wrong -.-' But yeah, the previous owner of the pup did get her her first and second set of shots :/ We were gonna go get the third set right when she got parvo. It beats me, I'm not sure how she got it. Pics of the new guys are gonna be up as soon as I either get a camera or figure out how to use my laptop's webcam as a camera. I was kinda playing with it earlier and got two pictures of the pup, so I'm gonna play with it some more. The only problem is that the webcam is built into the laptop :/ So that means I'm gonna have to be in the pictures too! ;.; We started moving some of the animals yesterday. We moved all the smaller animals, Kahlua and the geckos. The two new sands we just brought straight over here. We're moving into my boyfriend's mom's house until we can find a place of our own now :/ We did look at a nice duplex though. It was nice, I wouldn't mind having it. We stressed the animals out a lot though with the moving. Kahlua even struck at me!! Poor baby. I'm gonna give him a day or two to cool off then I'm gonna love on him. Lol, it was so cute watching him try to strike. He's so little I doubt he'd even break the skin if he bit me. But all the bigger animals get to be moved tomorrow. Well, I got two beautiful baby indian sand boas! They're so cool! :D Soooo docile! The male especially!! He's amazing. And they're the largest of the sand boas. They grow to over four feet :O They're really neat :D I can't find much information on them though :/ I guess I'll just treat them like my other sand boas.Come visit me, Jaeger, Kahlua, Alizé, Whiskey, Sangria, Bud, Samantha, Brandy & Skyy.

THE SHOW IS ONLY TWO DAYS AWAY!!! I'm getting more and more excited by the minute!!! I can't WAIT!! Lol, I really really hope my sand boas are there :( REALLY! Lol. Post pictures of that yellow male ball python. I'm curious now. I wanna see him. You could always send those babies my way :D I'll give them a good home! Lol. I guess you're right about him. He can certainly afford me at least. He's a chemical engineer. It's pretty hard to bleed his paycheck dry :/ The dog is sure trying though. She had Parvo. Expensive vet bill :( She's ok now though. Lol, that's good that he was good with his shots. Is he two months already?! Wow, time is flying :O He's braver than I am though :P I cry if someone even shows me a needle. I'm gonna have to be blindfolded when I go get a tattoo. I definitely am getting one though!! Someday :/ Hmmm ... boyfriend just called while I was typing this. He's been working ALL day and it's our halfiversary ((6 months XD)) and he feels bad for missing it. So he wants to make it up to me. I'm feeling three snakes Saturday instead of two ;D And I'm gonna see if I can squeeze a gecko out of him too. Suicide needs a cage mate. I think Suicide is a girl, too, which is good. Cause all my males that I've ever had never ate at all except Xavier. And Suicide eats very well. So I think it's a girl. I hope so. That'll leave me with four females and one male. Nice little breeding family. But yeah, at least when I dig into my boyfriend's pockets it's for animals and not clothes/makeup/shoes/etc. :P I ask for things like a ridiculously expensive puppy and reptiles/reptile supplies :D By the way, did I mention that my state is now requiring everyone to register any snake over 8 feet? >.> How dumb is that?! Yeah, I work in a pet shop. It's one of those little mom and pop pet shops, but as much as I hate PetSmart, they pay better ... MUCH better ... So I'm thinking about going to them. Besides, if I'm working there, I can turn the place around little by little and make it alright, right? Ugh, the thing about PetSmart that gets me is their lack of knowledge. I picked up a caresheet on crested geckos and started to read it. As soon as I read that "Crested Geckos come in a variety of colors such as brown, pink, orange and purple." I put it down and walked out and never went back. I mean, I don't know about you, but I've never seen a purple crested gecko. Brown yes. Some that could pass for pink or orange, but weren't really those colors, but still, yes. But purple?! Nada. Stupid people. Lol. But yeah, stupid people are the basic JOYS of working in a pet store. Yesterday I met a guy who actually truly believed his Rainbow boa was gonna get over 15 feet long. And of course, when I told him no, he dismissed me as a stupid little girl who couldn't possibly know anything about reptiles. Lol, oh well. I've seen that website you're talking about with the corn snakes. Lol, I tried it with the last few corns I had, but I really didn't know their genetics. I might try it with Bacardi and see what males would make cool babies with her. But that sounds nice about the herping. I don't have any places like that around here. I could go to my step-mom's I guess, but there's more rattlers than anything out there and I really don't think I'm ready to tackle hots. Lol. Everyone around me finds wild snakes though. Never me :( I go looking for them and don't find anything and then someone down the road will be like "Oh yeah there's a pretty kingsnake in my yard!" And I'm like "I want a kingsnake to live in my yard :(" I almost attempted to buy one at the show and let it go in the yard just so I could go find it again :P Lol. But nah, too much trouble. Then it might die. And I'd be sad. So nah. Lol, yikes about the heat. No air conditioner? I'd probably have to keep the first baby from Brandy, first baby from Frog and first baby from Rexa though. And of course a pied baby from the het pied. Lol. But the rest can be sold! Lol, awww, I'm sure they don't think you're weird. I wouldn't anyways. It's understandable! But my babies will always be my babies. Except poor Merlot. If only he were a girl :( Awww, I'd love to be in Cali catching Rosys all the time. I do love them. Rosies are the first snake I saw that I thought were actually pretty. When I was scared of snakes I mean. I'll never forget that snake either. It was a coastal rosy and it had a high blue coloring. It was absolutely amazing. I want one just like that though lol. No other Rosy will do!! I think that's the only reason I haven't gotten one yet. Cause I need my perfect one :) Tell your friend to send me one! Lol!! Oh wow, I'd cry! Lol. I dread the day my guys have to go. I'm so attached. Well, except for Merlot. He and I really don't see eye to eye. I love the guy, but I dunno ... I'm thinking of getting rid of him. I would just need the right person to come along and want him and he's gone. Lol, but he can't go to just anyone! I'm gonna have to go check out the rosies. I do love them :) They're sooo cute :) Just like the sands. Lol. That's a great idea about changing the names!! Lol, I like Patrona. That's cute. I'm gonna use that one. Maybe for my het pied. I know how you feel. The pieds are AWESOME! They're the only ball pythons I'll go out of my way to own. Which is why I'm getting this little female. Lol. I really really can't wait! I'm so excited! It'll be next month though lol. I did just realize not long ago that I accidentally changed Amoretta's name. Well I did it. Came home with a baby corn snake, a male for Amoretta, and a new baby crestie! Lol!! I'm overloaded! And I have my friend's house gecko that she bought with me. She needed me to take care of it til she got a cage together. Lol, the alcoholic names are just a theme that started with Whiskey and Brandy and just kept going cause I thought it was cute! I'm not an alcoholic!! Haha, Kahlua was supposed to be Jager, but then Kahlua fit better. Since he's the color of Kahlua. So Jager will be the next male snake I'm gonna get which may just be a striped spider ball python!! He's gorgeous. He was at the last two shows. I really want him. If he's at the next show I'm gonna buy him!! The sand boas are really cool. And I see normals ALL the time but not many people have anything else. At this past show there were actually rough scaled sand boas and indian sand boas. GORGEOUS! I wanted them all!! Lol, but they were so expensive :( I'm gonna go check out your snakes now!! Lol! On the baby. Lol, lucky. If I had a rack system it'd be a lot easier for me to sneak home new animals. Lol! I know how you feel about being watched when you come home from a reptile show. I don't usually buy anything big, just a gecko or a baby snake, so they easily fit in my purse, lmao! So I just stick them in there until no one is around, then I put them in their homes. I plan on coming home with a male sand boa next weekend though, and hopefully a new female crested gecko. Lol, gonna have to wear pants with pockets they can fit in.Come visit me, Jaeger, Kahlua, Alizé, Whiskey, Sangria, Bud, Samantha, Brandy & Skyy.

Aww, but they're so teeny tiny :) Lol, Amoretta is on the bottom shelf of my nightstand. That's what I love about them. Two fully grown sand boas can be housed in a ten gallon tank together. Lol, they're so cute! And what the family doesn't know won't hurt them ;) Haha, it took six months before my step-dad finally realized I had a five foot snake in his house. Happy Easter!
I hope you had a very beautiful Easter day yesterday sharing the happiness with those you love. The dogs are getting delicious tidbits. It's the first time for Melian and Kermit (our dogs) and I think they think they're in Heaven.
I didn't know it was supposed to snow though. I thought that was for Christmas. I guess things have changed. Christmas is supposed to be warm and sunny, Easter is cold and snowy. We even got more snow today.
Yes, Kermit is a big frog and he'd try to eat any small bird that would bathe in the waterfalls. So far he's too slow and I hope it stays that way.
Rocky sounds cute. Yes, I have my dogs on the Dog Channel. Let me know if you make a profile and I'll give you their numbers or you can give me yours.
