Hey Scortch! Geeze it sure has been a long time since we bloged! What's new in your world? Nothing much here except I've fallen madly in love with the couch pillow. It cracks Mom up cuz every time she gets me out I gets all excited and has my way with the pillow. I figures it is NOT my fault though...there are 3 viable females and Mom is making ME wait till mating season! Not fair so I'm not gonna be fair to the furniture either! Hey Scortcher!! What's been happening? Any babies yet? Well, the big news here is Karana turned out to be a boy instead of a girl and Mom hasn't thought of a name yet but has affectionately nicknamed him "horndoggie". Noelle also passed away 2/6/10 which upset Mom even though we all knew she was on borrowed time. Mom thought she was acting strange around 11 p.m. on the 5th. She got off her hammock where she liked to sleep and was walking around her terrarium and it was WAY after lights out. Mom got her out and rocked her for about an hour then put her back in her "bed". Mom knows now she was trying to say good bye. She fought the good fight with the kidney failure though but she's playing with Marshall Tater now and the RC friends that went to Rainbow Bridge. Well, pal, here's a vote 4 ya! Talk to ya later!!

Hey Scortch mdf! Wow, this month has been a bugger for the humans! Dad lost his job early this month, he found another but we has to move and downsize. Mom's upset cuz her has to rehome some of the "babies". Mom's only gonna be able to take us beardies and the 2 snakes but us beardies are happy cuz we all luvs Mommy so much. Besides we has been a family since we were babies. Also, I wanted to let you know that we isn't gonna have net access for bout a month but I'll be thinkin of my RC friends for sure! Hope to see you after Christmas!

Hey Scortcher! Oh, man, this has been a tuff month for the family! Noelle's still sick, has her good days & bad days but is still fighting. Mom's been worrying her head off bout her and Dad lost his job Wednesday and Mom's been upset about that cuz of all of us. Mom's scared cuz of the economy and stuff and she's been doin all sorts of crazy thinkin like "what if ...(fill in the blank)? Well, we'll just have to see but Mom's bound and determined to not have to give any of us up like alot of people have. Good to see ya pal.

Hey Scortch ol pal! Hey sorry bout not blogging in like over a month but Noelle has had a bit of a relapse although not as bad as the first time. So, needless to say, Mom's been spending alot of time nursing her. Mom thinks she caught it early cuz she was not using that right arm again (b4 it was right arm AND leg). Mom restarted the nutrition supplement and is making her soak for at least 1/2 hr. a day EVERYDAY. She's coming round again and is eating but is not chasing the crix yet. Mom hand feeds her, personally I think she may be using a sympathy trump card in that area. Hey I like bein handfed too lol! Mom discovered I like babyfood and then her gots the bright idea to feeds me wif a spoon teehee! Yeah, hers gots me these coated baby spoons and I luvs it, she was feeding me wif regular spoon but was afraid I'd hurt me teeth. Before that I wasn't eating me veggies much and Mom being the worry wart that hers is got concerned. Now I eats my veggies but I tell ya man, baby food on a baby spoon is like a DELICACY no chewing just swallow teehee. Mom wants to get a pic of me being handfed but it's kinda hard to photograph a movin target. Well, take care and hopefully it won't be so long between blogs!

Hey good buddy Scortch! So Petunia was kind of a stinker at first huh? The lady at the reptile store said that sunbeam is a real handful and she's USED to big snakes sooo Mom decided to wait and see if she can get a handle on it b4 Mom brings a biter home. I say smart move on Mom's part. Well, Noelle is STILL doing great. Her last trip to the vet was Saturday and he said she doesn't have to come for fluids anymore as long as she continues to improve. Mom's gonna take her back in about 2 weeks to have her blood work done again but just for the kidneys. Mom keeps telling Noelle she's her little miracle girl and that she's like a timex watch "takes a licking and keeps on tickin!" teehee. We are all VERY surprised she's bouncing back this quick. Thanks for all the well wishes and prayers, Mom thinks it helped.

Hey Scortch! What's up? Nothing much going on here. I decided to try to ignore Daku. Mom moved him in with Hagrid so he's only got one thing on his mind now and thankfully it is not trying to make me mad. Well, this is probably my shortest blog but hey the girls are chompin at the lettuce to talk to ya teehee!

Hiya Scortch! When Star is ready you'll have babies all over the place! I think Ren already told you bout having to take Noelle to the vet but the vet was askin bout Hagrid and it's funny he wonders if she's got German Giant in her too! She's a MONSTER size girl, she makes the rest of us look puny teehee specially me. Well, here's Cessaira.
Hey Scortchy my friend! How's the bath time goin? Mom's been trying to get some new pics of us but none of us are wanting to cooperate. My colors have changed alot since my baby pics...they are STUNNING if I must say so myself! Maybe the photo shoot will get done over the weekend. Mom's been busy nursing Noelle so patience is not one of her virtues right now. If we don't wanna do something, Mom gives up easy and moves on. Well, gotta go it's starting to thunderstorm so Mommy has to shut down the puter.

Hey Scortch! Our Mom thinks Brazilian Rainbows are beautiful too. Yeah, I wish our Mom's all the luck winning the mega money/powerball thingies too. Mom thinks rescues are so appreciative when they land in the lap of luxury like our homes. The reptile store Mommy goes to has a sunbeam snake...the owner said it is pretty fiesty and likes to bite but she said it has really great colors. Mom hasn't seen it yet cuz everytime she goes it's burrowed down in the substraight. My sister "Noelle" got sick about a week ago so Mommy rushed her off to the vet Friday. She's got kidney failure. The vet gave her a vitamin B shot, some fluids under her skin, and a nutrition supplement cuz she wasn't eating. Mommy has to bathe her everyday and give her that nutrition stuff. She seems to be doing better though. She even ate a couple worms yesterday. She has to go to back to the vet every Tuesday & Friday or Saturday for her vitamin shot and fluids. The vet was kinda surprised that she was showing signs of improvement so soon cuz her kidney enzymes were sooo high. Mommy and the vet didn't think there was much hope but was still willing to try. It sure made Mommy happy that Noelle is perking up again. Well, that's it from my end here's a vote 4 ya.

Hey good buddy!!! The Stimp-man here! Oh, cool you gots in a VIDEO!!! As to cuttin Mom some slack...well I can't stay mad at her too long...she's too good to us! Mom wants to do a video of us too but right now we don't have a cam corder except for the cell phone. She tried to figure out how to save it to the puter from the cellphone but didn't have any success. It was of "Daku" anyway. Seems to me that wasn't fair either; why should HE be first to be video'd?! He was just doing the mating show off dance not like I haven't done the exact same thing!! The Stimp-man gets no credit I tell ya...no respect!! You tried to eat fishy net??!!! What's that taste like fishy or plastic?? I tried to eat a leaf off the fake ficus tree once. Took one bite and spit it back out and kept lickin my dragon lips to get the taste outta my mouth! Gave Mom the look of "OMG couldn't ya have warned me it wasn't REAL!!! Yick pooey pthhhhpthhhh!"lol. Alright I'm gettin jabbery so here's the chickies!
Hiya Scortch! Karana here! Yeah, I don't think I'm qualified to give swimmy lessons to Noelle either. Mom does like to see us swim under water as long as we don't stay under too long. I think Hagrid does it for the shock factor though. Hagrid stays under, Mom panicks lifts Hagrid outta the water, Hagrid opens her eyes looks bored and goes back to swimmin underwater. Maybe in her past life her was a seal..hmmmmm. As to you not likin baths...that's ok; desert creatures aren't made to hang out in ponds or any semblance of such! Well, here's Kiki.
Hey mdf! 3 YEARS!!! Holy cow I'd say you are more than ready for the eggies to happen! Sounds like Star will be fine too if she does get pregnant. It IS good to have a good size girlie cuz eggie layin takes alot out of us females! Mom said she's glad she is not a dragon after seeing how tired Hagrid was after she laid 27! Mom felt sooo sorry for her!! Yeah, Hagrid is HUGE..Mom wonders if she doesn't have german giant in her. People are astonished when they see how big she is teehee! So, ya like Daku's name huh? Mom imagined some kinda aboriginal mystical warrior type thing and it does seem to fit him. He's feisty when it comes to startin trouble with the boys or trying to get the attention of us girlies. I personally think he is very CUTE but don't tell Stimpy he doesn't need more issues with Daku! Well, here's Cessaira.
Hey Scortchy! Hope ya don't mind my calling you that I thought it was kinda cute sounding. Hey the way I see the bath thing is if we don't want a bath and ya give us one anyway, don't blame us if you have to mop the floor afterward. Not like us dragons didn't try to warn ya baths are not on our agenda today right?! Oh yeah, manicures and pedicures do feel nice afer they're done but getting em done is sometimes a fiasco. We make Mom nervous when we are fidgity for nail trims. Hey Sortch buddy! OMG! Your Mom sounds EXACTLY like my Mommy! In fact, Mommy plays this thing called powerball lotto and said if hers win it (it's almost 300 mill. now) her is gonna start a reptile rescue! Her said her gonna buy a house out in the country with enough land that her can have tortoises and things that need outdoorsey housing and the "inlaw suite" would be the "herp suite". I guess it's good for her to have a dream too after Marshall Tater died. We don't get the chance to flare our beards at the snake cuz Mom doesn't get us out when she has the snake. It's kinda like we knows it is there but we aren't concerned since we rarely sees it. An albino python is on the wish list huh? Well, in the annual reptiles mag there is a REALLY pretty one it's almost a pinky/purpley one but I think it's a boa. Still gorgeous though. Speaking of purple...have you heard of a dragon breeder called "Alpha Dragons"? They have a purple dragon morph! Mommy looked at it and it's kinda weird lookin...like it's got a bad bruise lol. Not the kinda purple she thought it would be but it IS different. Well, that's all from me for now. Talk to ya later!!!

As to getting a pic of Pearl, Mommy just needs to try harder or just let Pearl sit on her hand. She is cute but us dragons don't like to be too close to her cuz she always looks hungry to us teehee! Hey Scortch! Well, I decided to cut Mommy SOME slack today, she tried to give me a bath but I just refused, took a couple sips of water and I was outta there! Oh you are most welcome I bet you guys do ham it up for the photo ops. I can tell you luvs the camera! Mom hasn't taken any new pics of us lately and she's overdue. The last big photo session was before Ren & I arrived so it was just Marshall Tater, Hagrid and Widget dressing up for ST. Patricks day. I reclaimed MY couch today too by the way and you are right God shoulda came up with SUMTHIN for us dwagons to mark territories...wonder why it was 4gotten?! Oh well, that's it for me now here's the girls!
Heyyy Scortch! Karana here; hey I loooves soakin in the tub but I'm the only one that can do it for that long. It just feels sooooo good! Oh Mommy is a HUGE fan of Adam Lambert and she was plenty upset when he didn't win AI! I don't think she's even gonna watch it this year unless Adam comes on. You guys don't stick your head under water?? Hagrid and I do, in fact we SWIM under water. Noelle tries but I think she's a bit of a water phob so she does the baby face dunk and gives Mom the "Did ya see that Mom? Looky whats I can do!!" look, she's funny. The weird thing is I room with her and Mommy won't let me give her swimmy lessons! I guess her don't need too many dragons giving Mommy scares huh? Well, gotta go here's KiKi!

Yeah so is Hagrid, she don't eat much but she is like a moose when she decides to move! Big ol chunky body, I bet she weighs a good 2 lbs. now! Well, Mommy decided on a name for the new dragon. She decided on "Daku" which means sunset; Mommy was told it was an aboriginal name. I think it has a mystical/magical quality to it. It kinda reminds me of an ancient warrior. Anyway, I gotta go here's Cessaira!

I know whatcha mean I was beside my little self with my mouth wide open that he not only didn't get jailed once but was not even THREATNED with jail!! You're right though, his turns a comin he just doesn't know when. I kinda gave Mommy the cold shoulder too so she knew I was MAD so she kept the bugger in his quarantine cage where he belongs! Hey Scortch! Blessed are the brief right, at least he didn't talk all day teehee! So nice that you consider all of us VID'S! I didn't dig much today but Mommy gave me a bath and I splished and splashed having a grand time. I think I played in the bath for a good hour and Mommy sat right beside me bathtub singing along to Adam Lambert. Hey, when u gets a bath do you stick your head under water? Hey mgf Scortch! Yeah Mommy likes snakes too, we have an albino kenyan sand boa named "Pearl" but she doesn't hold still long enough for Mommy to get a pic of her so that's why she doesn't have a profile. Mommy has thought about finding a male for her but she's only a year and 1/2 old and trying to find a male albino kenyan is not easy. We are still trying to figure out a name for the new dragon "Boots"..(boots silly name teehee!) cuz it just doesn't fit. Hey, maybe you could join the "name game" we got going with "Larry Leezard" and help name him. He's a sandfire red dragon with HUGE eyes if that helps. Well, talk to ya later and here's a vote buddy!

Hey Scortch! Yeah, them birds are nutty things! Mom has a sunconure and it's really pretty but it is NUTZ! Bites without provocation! Thanks goodness Mommy doesn't get that bird out with us. The cat is even scared of the bird that's how psycho it is! And they say us reptiles are unpredictable...HAH they obviously haven't been round a parrot b4! Hey Scortch! Well, man, you are NOT gonna believe what happened to me yesterday! Know how I told ya I love harrassing my brother? Well, karma came to bite me on the tail so here's what happened. There me was sitting in me terrarium mindin me own business basking and not attempting to bug anyone when all of a sudden here this newbie dwagon appears in Mom's arms. He gets on the back of the couch like he OWNED it then comes and starts pickin a fight with me! He knew darn well I couldn't get out so he played it for all it was worth. Now first of all I had no idea the little bugger had moved into the house cuz Mom didn't even BOTHER to tell us...grrrr. Well alls I can say is if I'd been able to get out the smackdown woulda been on! What really got under me scales too was that little bugger can play innocent big time; every time Mommy would look over cuz I was creating such a racket he'd run like the coward he is and give Mommy the "Ohhh I scared look!" with those ginormous eyes of his! He NEVER EVER even got jailed once!!! It's not fair Scortch!!! Why should the rules only apply to the ones that have been here longer?!? Well, let's just say NEWBIE is on me list...little bugger!! Oh just so you'll know, his name isn't REALLY Newbie or Bugger...so far he's unnamed but Mom's been calling it "Boo" which is short for "Boots". Mom's trying to figure out a name for him. Ok, nuff outta me, here's Karana.
Hiii Scortch! Well, thanks so much for your lovely complement! You likes diggin too?! Oh it is much fun isn't it! Yeah I like me hidin spot my roommate Noelle can't fit in so it's my private spot. Ya know we are all so comfy with Mommy, I love the sound of her voice cuz it changes to what we have come to realize is her best attempt at talkin dwagony. Well, I think I'll let someone else blog beings Stimpy took up so much time..I swear I think he thinks he's just the VID (very important dragon)but I think he's just the mouth of the south teehee! Heyyy Scortch! Wow sounds like we have lots in common! I don't think I'll get much bigger but that's ok cuz dynomite comes in small packages dontcha know! I just gotta watch my girlie dwagon figure cuz I luvs to eat and don't let me size fool ya. I can outrun the best of em to a cricket! I slide right underneath of em and snag the cricket they thought they were gonna eat! Oh it's fun to see the look of confusion on their face then I'm off snagging another one before they realize it's me teehee! Well, here's Cessaira.
Hey good buddy! So, you are a messy bather huh? Nothin wrong with that. I pretty much like baths but our brother Uno hates em...talk about a mess maker sheeesh! Anyway, thanks for your complent too. Me and Karana are "true" sisters just hatched 6 months apart and I think you may be right...we will have some pretty babies when the time comes. Well, that's it for me now. Hey Scortch! Nahhh don't mind the nickname at all! I know what ya mean with your Mom's fear of getting attached to the hatchlings cuz that's how Uno became part of the gang...Mom couldn't give him up lol! But then there is a HUGE difference between 1 and say 30!! One of Mom's friends said "yeah I can see it you'll have little terrariums set up on the walls instead of pictures!". Teehee the thing is it's about the truth! Well, gotta go but I'm leaving a vote 4 ya. Hey Scortch! Well, we is going to hab to share dis blog so here's Stimpy first.
Hey what's happenin? Well, first I wanna say thanks for stopping by and yah the loss was hard cuz Tater was like our mentor. As for my fave food I lubs Super Worms but I don't get em very often cuz dey make a dwagon fat. So Mom gives me crickets and a mix of greens. My favorite thing to do is run across the back of da couch and harass my other brothers which usually gets me jailed but oh da fun of getting everyone riled up teehee! ok, here's KiKi now.
Hiiii Scortch! Well, I eats the same thing so I won't bore ya with what's already been said. I am the smallest dragon, very petite. Mom thinks I'll always be the runt but hey what I lack in size I make up for in looks! I love getting the guys all hyper all I have to do is shake me tail a bit and they've all got black beards within minutes! I like car rides and sitting on Mom's shoulder outside but when it comes to indoor activities I am all over the place and cannot sit still! Well, that's it 4 me; here's Karana!
Well, helllooo there Scortch! How nice of you to stop by! I am a hypo pastel with clear nails and my favorite thing to do is dig in my substrate and crawl under me basking rock then kick the rest of the subsrate out so you can't see the opening of the rock. I'm a bit more solitary when it comes to hanging out unless I'm with Mom then I don't mind being social. I love blogging though so keep stoppin by. Here's Cessaira.
Hey Scortch!!! Great to have you as a friend! I'm also a hypo pastel with clear nails but I think my colors are MUCH prettier than Karana's. Mom can't wait till I'm old enough to breed and hopes to get some gorgeous babies from me. I don't really have a favorite thing to do yet except maybe baths. I love splashin water on Mommy and stompin round. Hey I figure if I gotta get a bath Mom might as well take another shower right!?! Hey Scortch! Wow, so nice to FINALLY gets a blog from someone! Well, Mom would LUV to breed a few of us but the girlies aren't old enough yet and us males are like chompin at the bit! You know my bro. "Uno" was Hagrid and Marshall's hatchling don'tcha? Yeah, Mom would love the pitter patter of dwagon feets that's for sure. Ya know, I was thinkin though if Mom found a big enough male for Hagrid and then in about 6 months I could finally have a girl...that'd be like 60 eggies for Mom to hatch! Wooohooo der would be terrariums all over da place! Can u imagine 60 babies runnin round?! Knowin Mommy the way we do she'd get attached to all of em too. Hey Scortch! Thanks so much for being a comfort to Mommy, it sure took some of the pressure off of us! I think things are getting back to normal round here although my man is still sorely missed. Oh geeze, hang on Uno is tugging on me wanting to say something...kids I tell ya have no patience..here he is. Heeeey Scortch! Just had to get in on the bloggin action man. I have learned a new trick to get more attention cuz being cute just isn't enough sometimes...ya ready for this?!? Every time Mom walks by my terrarium I jump bump me face on the screen which gets the sympathy factor goin & then she takes the top off and I do a pole vault outta there run ups her arm and sits on her head! Works everytime and Mommmy just gushes bout how cutes I is. Ok here's Ren I don't wanna be a hog. Hey Scortch! Thanks for bein there for the family and stuff. I just wanted to say you can stop by my page anytime....I NEEDS more friends!! Stimpy here...I say ditto to what Ren just said! Cya! Kiki, Cessaira, Noelle, and Karana steppin up to the keyboard. Hey Scortch & family! Thanks so much for your kind words, they meant alot. You know, it IS hard to loose a loved one and yes, Tater will go on in memories so dear. The memorial was sweet & I was able to express so many feelings to him and to kiss him one last time. A few friends were there too and I took Hagrid to the gravesite. It's funny though, all the others seem to be taking up where Tater left off in their own way. Hagrid especially...she is the aloof one just kinda likes to do her own thing but she has been xtra clingy & snugly with me. I found myself talking to Noelle like I did with Marshall Tater & she was responding very similarly to the way he did. I really believe Marshall Tater is sending his love from Rainbow Bridge but god I miss him sooo bad.

Sorry I haven't been on in a while things got busy. The Tegu is awesome and eats everything. He is getting more and more tame. he let me hold him calmly for 5 mins today. Nothing huge just baby steps. They get 4 - 6 feet from what I have been reading. One of my firends is taking him cause they will have more room for him when he gets that size. I'm READY...
...to hit the BED!!! We were at Disneyland and California Adventure parks for over 10 hours! We were there when they opened (8 AM). The good thing was we got on the most rides than we've ever been able to. The kids fell asleep in one minute...seriously! All three of them! And I think hubby already passed out on the couch. I'll be working for the next three days (which SUCKS!). Here's a vote for you and you'll probably won't hear from me until Thusrday.
